Dry Needling in Brighton & Hove

At Horizon Chiropractic we use a form of acupuncture called dry needling. “Dry needling” is a Western medical term, used to distinguish it from traditional Chinese acupuncture. It involves inserting extremely thin needles at certain points, usually where there is pain or stiffness. This stimulates the nervous system and encourages the body to release natural chemicals such as endorphins, which help relieve pain.
